1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment
- No more than 2 classes should have been attended
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Technical issues preventing course access may qualify for a full refund
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to contact@myonlinetuition.com with your enrollment details
- Include your full name, course name, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Courses completed more than 50%
- Certificates already issued
- Downloaded course materials
- Special promotional offers with no-refund terms
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the number of classes attended and course completion percentage.
